My name is Joyce, an East Indian girl, lover of Jesus and view everything through His infallible word that keeps me grounded, focused on my purpose in this life to bring glory to his name in everything I do. You maybe be wondering ‘What is Hebrews12girl?’ well, It’s one of my favorite scriptures from the bible, Book of Hebrews chapter 12, verse 1-3, it is kind of my daily reminder of ‘I am nothing without Christ, I can do all things through Him who strengthens me, I am not alone when storms and adversities hit me, a reminder to put aside my daily temptations, trials, weight that seems to pull us down many times instead of being focused on what’s really important to me as a follower of Christ.’ I love coffee and photography, (there is this immense joy I feel when I freeze and capture moments of my own family or others, or just plain nature, yup, I am that gal who will keep taking pictures of things that catches my eye either on my phone or carry a camera in the car all the time), other than that I love my Indian food, everything colorful with a touch of monochrome with an Indo – Western style.

My husband, Richard and I met online, living thousands of miles away, him in US and I in Turkey, we exchanged emails, skype calls, texts, never met face to face but said our ‘I love You’s’ after 3 months, met for the first time after 11 months, got engaged and I moved to US to marry the love of my life and never looked back. Together, we are raising William and Jenna in Dayton OH, going through life with all the usual chaos and happy messes with a whole lot of hugs, kisses and ‘I Love You’s.’

So, I’ll be sharing some motherhood bites, devotions, my passion for fashion, food and home decor on a budget (who doesn’t love saving money right), with some DIYs. I will be writing and posting pictures (what I love to do most) about my life, because life is precious and I want to cherish every moment whether good or bad through my lens. I absolutely love doing this life with my loves with all its highs and lows, falling, failing, learning, growing, and most importantly leaning on Christ through it all.
